The property can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children at any one time. No extra guests are allowed on the property during your stay.

We love pets and we are sure you will see our friendly kelpie at some stage during your stay. However, as the property is a working farm, we cannot have other dogs on the property or inside the property.

Of course, we would love children to come. As it is only one bedroom and the bunk is in the open area, it may not be suitable for infants or very young children.

The property is located approx. 3km to the west of the York townsite, on Mokine Rd. You will see the weekender nestled on the side of the hill on the property on your left as you near the driveway.

If you are coming from Perth via Great Southern Hwy, you can turn onto Ashworth Rd which will bring you to Mokine Rd bypassing the York townsite. Please be aware Ashworth Road is not fully sealed, with sections of gravel.

The property does not have a TV, as we think there is too much to explore and enjoy in the beautiful York region.

The property has access to internet via the Telstra 5G network.

At this stage WiFi has not been provided but will be installed in the future.
